There is no information where to purchase a replacement battery for this model. Purchased 05/25. The battery has stopped working.

I have had my vacuum for about 6 months, and it has been fantastic. Used it every single day and programmed it to do my whole house after I leave for work every day. It started to present an error code when one of the wheels was not powering, sent it to the Lefant team and as it was within warranty they are sending me a new one as replacement. Great service!

I purchased the Lefant M1 vacuum robot in early 2023, and it has been a fantastic product overall. It works exactly as described and offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely buy it again.

After some time, the unit occasionally began making a very light humming noise. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Zoey C., who provided outstanding support. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sent me the necessary part at no charge, and even included an easy-to-follow installation video. The part arrived promptly, and replacing it was straightforward. Now, the vacuum is back to working perfectly, with no issues at all.

It is so quiet. It works so good on hardwood and carpet. I love it. Also mopping is so good. Made my life so easy.
