I don’t normally write reviews, but this time I had to.

Please don’t waste your money. Don’t buy this brand/product. We made the mistake of purchasing the more expensive, higher‑tier M5, and it’s utterly useless. This was a well‑considered purchase, but it ultimately ended up being a mistake. The reason is simple: you must use the app to operate the vacuum, and the app is completely useless. It doesn’t save functions or settings after editing and saving them. As soon as you press “clean,” it restores everything back to the default settings and does its own thing.

It gets lost, gets “stuck” in open spaces, becomes confused, and spins around continuously on thin rugs. We even bought a thin rug and secured it to the floor, moved furniture around (to assist, even though there were decent clearances), and it still has the same issues.

I repeat: DO NOT BUY. It doesn’t deserve 1 star — negative stars should be optional for this poor excuse of an app/product.

I had read many reviews of various robot vacuum models and finally decided on this brand and this model. I must say it exceeded all my expectations... by far! It's an easy-to-use device that leaves the house spotless, cleaning even the corners, while also leaving the floors mopped and pristine. I 200% recommend this brand and this model.
