Generally, the return and exchange of products purchased in Lefant are unopened and unused, and can be returned within 14 days after the product arrives. Due to initial failures such as normal operation or parts shortage within 30 days after delivery, we accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a requirement, please be sure to contact the inquiry window in advance. If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please note.

If the product is defective

Within 30 days after the arrival of the product, the price of the product (including tax) and shipping charges will be fully refunded or exchanged for the same product. After 30 days, parts will be replaced or partially refunded.

* We will bear the shipping costs for return and resend. In addition, if the product cannot be replaced due to production completion or limited products, we may request a refund even if you request replacement.

If you want to return the product due to the customer's convenience, for example, when the product picture is different, when ordering other products or ordering the wrong number of products, please accept the return within 14 days after the product arrives. In this case, please pay the return shipping fee.

Please send it back to the address where the support staff will guide you. The customer is responsible for express delivery and packaging materials. (unspecified)
After confirming that the returned product arrives, we will process the refund. However, if due to the customer's convenience, the refund is refunded by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deducted.
